Mr. Langston's Saturday class at Cynthia Mann Elementary includes students of all ages. Mr. Langston shares specific self-defense techniques during this class, including methods for escape from various grabs and holds. Any Community Tae Kwon Do student may attend any of the classes at the various schools, including Mr. Langston's Saturday Class.
Saturday is also an excellent session to fine-tune your forms. Due to the number of higher level belt students in attendance, students have the opportunity to exercise their own form 20 or more times.
